Director of Support and Quality Assurance
The Director of Support and Quality Assurance ensures the quality of services provided in multiple programs and coordinate efforts to maintain the high quality standards needed to enhance the continuing development of the individuals being served. Provide leadership, direction and oversight of QDDP staff and oversee quality of service for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Qualifications:
The Director of Support Quality Assurance must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services related field, experience in mental health or developmental disabilities.
The Director of Support and Quality Assurance must have the ability to analyze, prioritize, delegate, coordinate and provide the needed follow up. Additionally, the Director of Support and Quality Assurance must have the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with the individuals receiving services, employees, other agencies and the general public.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Director of Support and Quality Assurance will work with Qualified Developmental Disability Professionals to ensure the array of services and supports coordinated with applicable BDDS and IPMG staff, families, guardians, and persons served. The Director of Support and Quality Assurance is responsible for coordinating activities to determine whether services and supports are in compliance with prescribed standards.
