Stonecorner Real Estate and Development, Inc., an Arizona-based leader in affordable housing, seeks a Compliance Specialist to join our passionate team. The Role:

• Oversee all aspects of compliance for our growing portfolio, including LIHTC, HOME, HUD, ADOH, and Section 8.
• Ensure adherence to Regulatory Agreements and partnership contracts.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to funding agencies and tax credit syndicators.
• Verify resident income eligibility and conduct annual re-certifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries.
• Maintain working knowledge of Fair Housing, Human Rights, and ADA requirements.
• Develop and implement systems to optimize compliance goals.

We're seeking a proactive, highly motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. If you have:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• LIHTC compliance certification (Quadel or Novogradac preferred).
• 3 years' experience in affordable housing compliance (LIHTC, HOME, ADOH, Section 8).
• Expertise in HUD 4350, Fair Housing Act, ADOH, and relevant housing laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Top-notch organizational abilities.
• Strong initiative and team player mentality.
• Supportive housing experience (a plus)

Work Schedule and Location: This position is full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, or as directed by the supervisor. The Compliance Manager will report daily to the company’s main office and will occasionally require travel within the area.

Compensation: This is a salaried (exempt) position, with compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.

We offer a competitive wage that includes shift differential and bilingual differential pay for some positions, as well as the below generous benefit packet for full-time employees.
