Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries about contracts, billing, and general service needs.
• Communication: Manage day-to-day communication and escalate complex issues to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) as needed.
• Document Preparation: Assist the CIO by preparing reports, strategic roadmaps, contracts, and other key documents.
• Meeting Support: Schedule client meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items. Occasionally lead non-strategic client review meetings.
• Service Coordination: Work with internal teams to facilitate service requests, track engagement with campaigns, and support project management efforts.
• Upselling & Campaign Follow-Up: Identify opportunities to upsell services and support internal marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years in account management, client support, or a related field. Familiarity with IT concepts is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Basic project management skills are beneficial.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
