The Opportunity

CSI is looking for an onsite Accounting Assistant. In this position you will work with many online programs to provide A/R and A/P support, provide assistance with product tracking and management, and work with Microsoft Word and Excel to create and update documents as needed. You will also interact with customers by phone and email, and so should have good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting CSI Sales Account Manager which may include help with quoting, marketing and CRM tool updates

Requirements:

• HS Diploma
• Bookkeeping Experience
• Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Extremely organized and detailed oriented
• Proficiency in Quickbooks (Online Preferred)
• Ability to deal with conflicting demands to prioritize, address, and resolve recurring and one time issues all while communicating consistently and effectively
• Responsible, conscientious, flexible and able to work independently with limited oversight
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Accounting
