Position Overview:Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for fixing computers? We're seeking a skilled Computer Repair Technician to join our team. As a vital member of our company, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of computer hardware and software issues.
Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.Install, upgrade, and configure computer components and software.Perform virus/malware removal and system optimizations.Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person.Document all repairs and maintain accurate records of service tickets.
Requirements:Proven experience as a Computer Repair Technician or similar role.Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Certification(s) in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified Professional) preferred.
