The IT Services Technician II position is in WCA’s Configuration Center. A light industrial/warehouse
environment located inside WCA’s Southwick, MA headquarters. The IT Services Technician II leads a team of
Level I & II techs in imaging, configuring, modifying, and testing various IT devices including, but not limited to,
laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, servers, and mobile carts.

Location: Southwick, MA
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday. 8:30am-5:00pm, overtime may be mandatory during high volume business periods
