Job Title: Multi-Concept Operations Manager
Location: Sevier County, Sevierville, Gatlinburg, TN
Job Summary: As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing bar and kitchen operations across multiple locations, maintaining staff retention and staff morale, ensuring unit cleanliness, and enhancing the overall guest experience. You will also be responsible for inventory management, ordering, and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations across all locations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Maintain high staff morale and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the locations.
- Enhance the guest experience by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and place orders as needed.
- Create and implement efficient scheduling practices to optimize staffing levels.
- Train and develop staff members to provide exceptional service and uphold company standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies for business growth.
- Address challenges related to staff hiring, retention, and performance.
- Maintain strong communication channels with the management team and staff.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays is required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant operations management or a similar role is required, similar experience in the area is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Effective staff management skills -- ability to reward and criticize/coach when necessary.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficient in inventory management, ordering, and scheduling.
- Knowledge of craft beverages and the ability to educate staff and customers is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a laid-back yet motivated work environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
