Concierge (Duties)

• Reports directly to the Business Office Manager
• Greets visitors seeing information about the property. Be responsive to the needs of people who inquire about the about the property and/or who are in the building for meetings with administrative personnel. Direct visitors to appropriate office or resident apartment.
• Answers telephones, record and channel information.
• Performs clerical duties for property staff as directed by supervisor.
• Provide assistance in the dining room serving resident meals, as requested.
• Provides support to the community’s marketing efforts
• Performs other duties consistent with the position assigned.

Concierge (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft software, preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
