We are seeking a candidate who is available primarily on weekends, with the possibility of a few weekday shifts. This role is ideal for individuals who prefer weekend work and have some flexibility during the week. The Client Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the reception area at Lake Erie Arms. They handle various tasks including membership assistance, answering phone inquiries, and providing support during events. The Client Concierge ensures smooth transactions with customers, assists guests with membership inquiries, updates membership databases, and resolves any related issues. They also answer incoming phone calls, direct them appropriately, and address customer inquiries or complaints. During events, the associate helps with setup, registration, and attendee support. Overall, the Client Concierge is focused on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
