Local Westchester Construction Design Company is looking for an experienced Concrete Estimator to join the team of a well-respected, well-established contractor with projects throughout the Metro NY & Tri-State areas.

Candidate must have the following to be considered:

- Ability to read and understand architectural /structural drawings.

- Ability to manage, organize and layout drawing requirements.

- Understanding of rebar detailing/ concrete elements.

- Intermediate knowledge of Construction (Estimating, Project Management, and Scheduling.) is an advantage

- Knowledge of Bim Modeling, 3D Modeling, Rebar CAD and sketch up is an advantage

- Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills.

- Full Command of computer skills and Microsoft Office suite of products.

- Proven strong analytic / problem solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume work environment

- Dependable with scheduling and completion of projects.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Ability to work with a team in a close environment.

- Maintain construction drawings and post RFI’s/change orders.

-Minimum of (2-5) years of relevant experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
