G. Wiemann Construction is a growing General Contractor based in Paso Robles, CA that is looking to hire an individual with leadership, concrete, and carpentry experience. Projects performed are mainly commercial work with structural concrete.

The Foreman position is responsible for managing a small crew on the jobsite and ensuring the project's success. They are the communication between the field and office.

Job Requirements:

• Leadership experience
• Prior experience in concrete work
• Reading construction documents & plans
• Ability to complete electronic daily field reports
• On-time and dependable
• Hard worker and team player
• Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card

Job Duties Include:

• Procuring materials needed
• Completing Daily Reports
• Delegating tasks to laborers / Manage crews
• Managing onsite subcontracts
• Placing & finishing concrete
• Cast-in place wall formwork
• Elevated concrete deck formwork
• Building and setting forms
• Bending, cutting, tying rebar
• Grading dirt / setting pad elevations
• Operating construction equipment

Compensation:

• $25 - $40 Hourly (Depending On Experience)
