Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site construction coordination and observation/inspection of various types of civil work
• Monitor quality and safety and advise supervisor of any concerns
• Coordinate subcontractors and related vendors
• Provide daily written or electronically submitted reports to the project team as required
• Perform site visits on a daily basis
• Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualification

• Civil background desired with emphasis on roads, bridges, utilities and heavy/highway
• 3-10 years of experience desired
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and orally
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred.
