We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy and hardworking laborer to join our team. Someone who is comfortable working with their hands and doing physical labor assisting to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well individually or within a team.

Duties:
- Follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
-Document work completed and equipment used.
- Communicate with office staff, customers and clients
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work sites and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Gather materials needed for a job, load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools
- Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring and cutting.
- Tear out and/or clean affected building materials due to water, fire or mold damage
- Post construction and detailed cleaning as needed
- Assist with occasional drywall and flooring installation
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Ability to work in tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
Experience:
- Basic carpentry/ construction skills
- Basic knowledge of construction and building materials
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
Note: This is a full-time position with bonuses in addition to hourly rate available. Some overtime hours including weekend work available on an as needed basis. The rate of pay will be discussed during the interview process.
