Job Summary:
A Wasilla based non-union gravel pit is looking to hire a general laborer. Dependable, reliable, honest and have good work ethic with good attitude. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various manual tasks to support our operations. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and operating heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and be familiar with safety regulations such as OSHA guidelines.

Duties:
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as assigned
- Load and unload materials from trucks or containers
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Perform general maintenance and repairs as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects

A potential candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass both a pre-employment drug test and submit to random testing throughout employment as there is ZERO tolerance for drug use. (This includes MARIJUANA.)
