Construction Loan Manager oversees construction lending officers and processes and conducts business development activities to achieve loan gain and profit objectives in a designated market. Develops relationships with builders and construction companies to obtain referrals and promote lending activity. Being a Construction Loan Manager provides operational guidance, coaching, and support to loan officers. Directs all facets of construction loan processing from origination to closing. Additionally, Construction Loan Manager reviews appraisals and credit analysis to ensure a comprehensive review process and to reduce risk. Authorizes loan requests within established limits or presents loans to loan committee for approval. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. Job DescriptionOverview and Essential Functions
A successful Telecom Construction Manager shall be responsible for management of assigned telecom construction segments; ensure safety, quality, timeliness, and financial expectations are met for all scopes of work; coordinate construction scheduling and associated activities, while acting as a liaison to Project Management concerning progress and delays. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of the telecommunications industry; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; familiarity with aerial lift devices, utility lines/poles, and various other telecommunications construction equipment, and the functionality of each; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data. In order to perform this job, you must demonstrate, either by training or experience: - the ability to work safely, with or without supervision; - the ability to read understand, interpret, input, and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy and completeness; - the ability to coordinate the activities of others; - the ability to organize work load to determine priority of duties; - excellent manual dexterity; - the ability to manage multiple projects to completion; - the ability to function effectively in a high-stress situation; - the ability to communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed. Qualifications
