Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Field assignments under superintendent or foreman.
Gaining field experience and understanding field production.
Gaining valuable experience on equipment and trucking capabilities.
Working in and gaining a better understanding of how to best perform construction activities.
Understanding construction means and methods.
Interacting and gaining respect from crew.
Understanding drawings and systems.
Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policies, procedures & training.
Performing other duties as assigned.
