Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Construction Assistant to join our team at an exciting project in Staten Island. The ideal candidate will provide support to the construction project management team, assisting in various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth project operations.

Responsibilities
- You will work in a trailer on site from 7am-4pm
- Support the construction team with clerical and data entry duties
- Manage office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Provide general administrative support to the construction team

Experience:
The ideal candidate for this role should have experience or familiarity with:
- 1-3 years Experience as a construction Admin on a construction site
- Project coordination
- Microsoft Office Outlook Excel
- E-Builder and Procore Software
- Data entry and clerical tasks
- Office management or administrative support roles
