Barcott Construction is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day function of our office, and help fill in for our Assistant Project Manager who is going on maternity leave. The Admin Assistant/ Bookkeeper will participate in a variety of administrative activities such as:
- Payroll, Taxes, and Payments
- Invoices entered into QuickBooks
- Checks
- Union Dues/Insurance
- Reconciliation of accounts in QuickBooks
- Quarterlies; 940, Unemployment, WA PFML & Cares, ID Use & Sales Tax)
- B&O
- Job Reconciliations through Dept of Revenue
- Certified Payrolls on projects
- Monthly Audits on Projects; through the B2Go Now System
- Assist with bidding & change order process
- Management of Excel spreadsheets (rock-ticket/material slips)
- Support project closeout & document management
Desired Qualifications:
- Must Have QuickBooks Experience
- Must Have Excel and word document Experience
- Office administration/clerical work/Management assistant Experience would be a plus
- Must Have Reliable Transportation
