Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to potential customers. Responsibilities:

- Identify and target new customers through various sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and referrals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

- Research market trends and competitors to stay informed about industry developments

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize profitability

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery of products

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction sales or related field

- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract
• Bonus opportunities
• Commission only
• Commission pay
• Quarterly bonus
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

• Up to 100% travel

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (Required)
