Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Preconstruction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and software
- Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore or similar platforms
