Duties:

- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries or concerns

- Respond to customer emails, messages, and calls in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies

- Assist customers in during scheduling

- Process orders to sales in a timely mannor

- Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes

- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and track interactions
