The Consumer Insights Analyst II assists in developing and conducting focus groups, surveys, competitor intelligence studies, and industry research to support product development, category/brand management and marketing or sales initiatives. Analyzes customer and consumer data and research to identify trends, key indicators, patterns, and insights. Being a Consumer Insights Analyst II performs data collection, input, and aggregation processes to develop and maintain research databases. Uses market research and statistical methodologies and tools to perform analysis. In addition, Consumer Insights Analyst II requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. Being a Consumer Insights Analyst II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. They also monitor progress, address challenges, and adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring long-term success and retention in the workplace. This role requires strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills to balance the needs of both clients and employers effectively.

    Applicants will start with a small caseload and then grow, as needed, to a larger caseload.

    Non-certified Job Coaches are encouraged to apply. Training and certification will be provided.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Job Training: Provide one-on-one training tailored to individuals’ needs and learning styles.
    • Support and Guidance: Identify challenges, develop adaptive strategies, and promote self-advocacy.
    • Workplace Adaptation: Recommend reasonable accommodations and promote inclusivity.
    • Progress Monitoring: Track employee progress and report to relevant supervisors.
    • Communication & Advocacy: Serve as a liaison, educate on disability awareness, and advocate for employee rights.
    • Goal Setting: Assist employees in setting and achieving realistic job and personal growth goals.
    • Quality Documentation: Record your work in an accurate, timely, and detailed manner.
    • Other responsibilities as directed

    Working Conditions:

    • Travel is required to job sites, employment fairs, and in the community.
    • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, are required to accommodate client schedules.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • At least 18 years of age or older
    • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills
    • Unconditional positive regard for individuals from all walks of life
    • Pass a Criminal, social media, and Colorado Adult Protective Services background checks.
    • Pass a Criminal and Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) background check.
    • High School diploma or GED
    • Previous experience or a strong desire to work with an at-risk population.
    • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
    • Knowledge of local labor markets and job search strategies.
    • Proficiency in resume writing, interviewing techniques, and career planning.
    • Reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
    • Dependable and Punctual
    • Good written, verbal communication and comprehension skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
