Consumer Loan Branch Manager oversees consumer loan activity in a branch with a small to mid-sized loan portfolio. Responsible for achieving loan gain and profit objectives as well as reducing the number of delinquent loans. Being a Consumer Loan Branch Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Consumer Loan Branch Manager supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Consumer Loan Branch Manager typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, complying with all laws and regulations
HS Diploma / GED
Preferred :
Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience
Bilingual - Spanish
