As a Storeroom Supervisor your compensation will be $29.73 per hour

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• Manage and maintain storerooms and office.
• Acquire three competitive bids for all purchased items, to ensure best possible price and quality. Selects sources based upon analysis.
• Generate purchase orders through the current purchasing management software.
• Food & Beverage ordering, stocking and issuing.
• Prepare reports and required documents.
• Responsible for Monthly Inventory of food and beverage store rooms
• Help develop department policies and procedures.
• Administrative functions, such as typing, word processing and filing

Supervises the Storeroom Clerks.

Physical demands: Able to sit down and operate a computer four to five hours a day. Able to navigate to the different locations in the hotel, will be required to lift 10 to 50lbs at one time, should have corrected vision. Able to drive company vehicle. The primary function of the Storeroom Supervisor is to assume the following job responsibilities: The Storeroom Supervisor is responsible for processing purchase requisition into purchase orders for HBA Food & Beverage, Engineering, Housekeeping, Rooms, SPA and other department. Responsible for the in and out flow of the off-site Precision warehouse for both BHH and HBA. Shared service duties for BHH and HBA.

• You have strong analytical skills, a strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, exceptional numerical proficiency, and strong leadership skills.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
• Must have a minimum (2) years’ experience in the purchasing field in the hotel industry.
• Computer literacy: Experience with purchasing programs such as Great Plains Dynamics, Agilysys and (or) similar programs is desired.
• Current versions of Windows, Paradox, Quattro Pro or Excel (Spread Sheets), Word Perfect or Word, and email (outlook).
• College degree preferred but not require depending on experience.
