Certified Central Processing Technicians cleans assembles and sterilizes reusable supplies instruments trays and packs. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support the Organizations strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least one year experience in hospital setting
• CRCST CIS CHL or equivalent Certification within one year of hire
• Knowledge of principles of sterile technique and operation of sterilizers
• Experienced typist

PERFERRED:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
