Starting Pay : $24.00 per hour
Schedule Varies : Mon - Friday 8 : 30AM to 7 : 30PM
Communication : Effective communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required, including the ability to understand and speak fluently.
Preferred Experience : Lending and Customer Service.
Position involves receiving and processing loan requests via phone, in-person, and website. Preparing documentation, and making recommendation to approving officer, and disbursing funds.
Provide friendly, professional, personal service; effectively listen and build rapport with members. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and / or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
