Consumer Loan Servicing Clerk jobs in Kalispell, MT

Position General Responsibilities:

Process and approve consumer construction and consumer loan requests and manage the construction draw process. Inspections and verification of collateral and evaluation of projects through project inspections. Development of new business by expanding existing relationships and calling on potential customers.

Education, Experience and Certification Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

1. Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
2. 4 years business related college degree and/or equivalent experience.
3. 1-3 years consumer underwriting and lending experience.
4. Strong credit analysis and decision making skills.
5. Strong time-management skills with ability to work independently and to prioritize multiple tasks.
6. Strong communication and computer skills.
    

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous lending/underwriting experience.
2. Previous Bank and/or sales experience helpful.
    

Dimension of Job:

This position will be responsible for analyzing, processing and servicing existing and future consumer construction and consumer loans. This professional will work within the community to expand business relationships with existing and prospective contractors and customers and develop new business referral sources through a strong community involvement.
