Consumer Loan Servicing Supervisor jobs in Alaska
Consumer Loan Servicing Supervisor supervises the daily activities of a loan servicing team. Oversees and coordinates processing and documenting loan transactions, insurance, and tax bills, and performing escrow analysis. Being a Consumer Loan Servicing Supervisor ensures that loan transaction files are accurate and complete, and that staff complies with appropriate procedures, regulations, and guidelines. Performs quality checks and resolves issues. Additionally, Consumer Loan Servicing Supervisor monitors workload and allocates resources to meet production goals. Coaches and trains team. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a senior manager or head of a unit/department. The Consumer Loan Servicing Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Consumer Loan Servicing Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. LOAN SERVICING SPECIALIST
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Location: 119 N. Cushman Street (Fairbanks, AK)
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
JOB OVERVIEW This position performs a variety of duties related to servicing of Mortgage, Consumer, Construction, and Commercial loans. Duties also include contract collections and/or insurance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in loan servicing/processing, banking and/or a professional office setting required. Insurance experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with computer programs and common office equipment.
- Ability to accurately and consistently apply knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to loan servicing.
- Must have attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
