Duties:

Skills:
-Must have 3 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult or irate customers
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and medical terminology is a plus
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
