Responsibilities:

Provide professional and friendly customer service while following the script

Answer customer questions and concerns with a one-call resolution.

Multitasking to answer emails and live chat.

Efficiently and accurately updating customers' accounts and information.

Provide 100% customer satisfaction

Abilities and Requirements:

A passion for providing quality customer service.

The ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts.

Attention to detail, active listening skills, and multi-tasking skills.

The motivation to work independently toward a team goal.

The ability to perform basic computer navigation and typing.
