Overview:

NYC Joint and Spine center is seeking a Surgical Scheduler to join our team! We are a brand- new state of the art multi-specialty ambulatory surgical center in Englewood, New Jersey.

Description:

The Surgical Scheduler is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of procedures according to the center's policy to meet the needs of the patient and physician. This role is vital to the efficiency of the center and its volume.

What we are seeking:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior professional experience working with health care systems and/or health care providers in a surgical setting.
• Computer experience required.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, preferred.
• General EMR experience/ knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
