Contact Center Scheduler, Sr. is responsible for monitoring the contact center workload and scheduling function. Analyzes contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Being a Contact Center Scheduler, Sr. utilizes the analysis results to forecast contact center workload and builds scheduling plans to meet business objectives. Maintains and adjusts staffing schedule assignments to maintain contact center key performance indicators. Additionally, Contact Center Scheduler, Sr. may require a bachelor's degree. The Scheduler provides assistance and technical guidance to engineers/architects exercising construction oversight and design management of Capital Improvements projects. Scope of projects typically is of a complex nature ranging from comprehensive repairs to unique, multi-million-dollar state-of-the-art construction. It is typical for the Scheduler to have some level of engagement with inter-related construction projects associated with a high-visibility Program Initiatives. Project delivery methods include both design bid-build or design-build. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and, when requested, independently develop and provide technical recommendations/ solutions regarding scheduling issues and time impacts on complex problems encountered during the administration of the construction contracts. Routinely communicate and coordinate with other technical and non-technical NA VFAC personnel within the Facilities Engineering Command (FEC) and the various Field Offices. The Scheduler is expected to work independently and take required actions through their own initiative, experience and foresight on all assigned projects
