Job Description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for completing the following duties in a timely and accurate manner. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, basic math skills, and recording abilities.

Essential Functions

• Maintain a daily shipping and receiving log.
• Retrieve orders from our software system and prepare them for shipment.
• Print and affix shipping labels and packing slips to the correct package.
• Maintain service part inventory.
• Complete the monthly inventory scan, report discrepancies, and make adjustments.
• Unload new products from our monthly inventory container shipment, scan each package’s barcode, and move them into available stock.
• Ship replacement parts and RMA orders and move inventory items from the Available to Hold section in our software system.
• Pull and prepare stock transfers to send inventory to our other warehouses.
• Organize the warehouse

Here are the necessary qualifications:

• Ability to speak English and Spanish
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
