Job Description: Content Manager or Associate

The Content Associate or Manager supports the Content Director in execution of content across owned, paid, and organic channels across the Post Brothers portfolio. As a member of the creative team, this role will help execute content for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media. Thorough research will be required to understand each individual propertyʼs brand, unique products/services, and marketing goals.

Reports to: VP of Marketing

Wage Status: Exempt (Ineligible for overtime)

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Understand and execute the unique brand voice of individual properties.
• Assist in the development and execution of content for paid search, organic / paid social, video and display; with a specific focus on social media. Platforms include Meta, Google, Microso , TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Linkedin.
• Execute engaging email and social campaigns across the portfolio.
• Dra          and schedule Facebook and Instagram posts.
• Build and send emails through the CRM / Email platform.
• Understand the propertyʼs needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, and in-person meetings.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelorʼs degree in marketing, journalism, English, communications, or related discipline.
• 2 - 5 years professional content development experience with a solid portfolio of work.
• Exceptional writing and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microso  Word, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing promotional emails with a focus in high-end retail, hospitality, real estate or other relevant experiential industries.
• Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides.
• Experience working with content management systems and social platforms.
• A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design.
• Self-motivated, creative, confident and energetic personality.
