Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Manager with a strong background in graphic design, web development, project management, and branding. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, a deep understanding of marketing strategies, and a proven track record in supporting customer service and sales. This role calls for a creative thinker who can professionally and passionately showcase their work, driving impactful B2B sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals
• Create visually compelling graphics and clearly communicated marketing materials
• Oversee maintenance of company websites and collaborate with developers to enhance web functionality and aesthetics
• Work closely with account managers to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive revenue
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to all manufacturer and customer brand guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and improve workflow efficiency
• Assist in managing multiple trade shows and other events throughout the year

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in marketing management
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and web design tools
• In-depth understanding of branding principles and customer engagement strategies.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch work to clients, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Some experience in sales and strategic marketing preferred
