Role Description

Wheeler & Taylor Inc, seeks experienced Account Executives/Producers to join our team in the Springfield and Worcester County, Our firm specializes in the middle-market and large commercial risks as well as high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth personal line accounts both domestically and internationally. The key responsibilities of the Account Executive/Producer is to leverage their industry expertise in developing new business while also retaining current clients through the use of excellent relationship-building skills and in-depth knowledge of the commercial and personal lines insurance landscape. The Account Executive/Producer will collaborate with our internal service team to deliver excellent customer service, solve critical issues, and provide customized solutions for insurance risks.

Qualifications

§ At least 3 years of relevant experience in the commercial / personal insurance industry, preferably as an Account Executive/Producer.

§ Proven track record of driving new business and client retention, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing innovative solutions to complex problems.

§ Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

§ Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

§ Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance industry-related software.

§ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.

§ Professional accreditations such as CPCU, ARM, or CIC is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

This is a full-time hybrid role, meaning that some work from home is acceptable. Wheeler & Taylor offers an excellent compensation package commensurate with experience and/or based on historical results and book size along with opportunities for annual profit sharing and bonus potential.  We also provide a superior benefit program for our employees.
