Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of architectural and project architect experience
• Licensed preferred NOT required
• Must have Revit experienced
• Project type: Commercial, Mixed USE, Multifamily, High End Residential, Education, Government
• Must be well organized, detailed oriented, have a strong work ethic, self-motivated, and work well as a team member.
• Must be able to manage projects from schematic design through construction to ensure high quality, innovative and functional project design.
• Ability to follow directions and client relations a must
• Assist in developing building design concepts and solutions, generating design drawings
• Participating in collaborative team design meetings, and occasionally working with outside consultants
• You will exercise your technical skills in preparing communication graphics, design visualizations, and preparing technical construction documents.

Responsibilities:

• Site visits, client and contractor interface
• Will be working with design and drawing production teams through all phases of client projects. Use experience to bring new approaches to the design process. Help our clients imagine and create what is possible
• Work collaboratively with project team member

Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Conceptual understanding of building codes, standards and building structures
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
