JOB DESCRIPTION:

Strategic Technology Institute, Inc. (STi) is seeking qualified applicants for a Content/Digital Experience Manager in support of the Air Education and Training Command (AETC) mission at Joint Base Santonio – Randolph, Texas.

SCOPE:

The AETC mission requires Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to support AETC/A3G and includes project management, support and sustainment of the overall Learning Services effort, and conduction of analysis of functional requirements, change proposals, and current software and IT environment. This role will review user feedback and apply content/digital experience to improve user satisfaction.

BACKGROUND:

The AETC/A3G objective is to obtain professional support services as part of a government led multi-functional team (MFT) to manage cloud hosted FD Learning Services used by AETC and its mission partners to execute the recruit, train, and educate Total Force Airmen and Guardians (Guard, Reserve, Active Duty, and Civilian personnel).

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

The candidate shall review user experience feedback on A3G systems, and apply content and digital experience expertise to design changes to improve user satisfaction. Develop an understanding of Air Force user/customer digital needs, digital trends, drivers and competitive dynamics, and develop a digital content strategy which includes identifying and developing relevant and engaging digital content. Assesses digital interaction data and analytics including number of visitors, visitor demographics, session length, and user feedback to make recommendations to support enhanced user experience for A3G systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIRED EDUCATION: The candidate shall possess a Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, or related field.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Candidate shall have a minimum of five years of experience designing web/content management user experiences and working knowledge of front-end programming languages (i.e., Javascript, CSS, HTML). Candidate must also possess an active Secret Security clearance.

PAY:

Negotiable depending on experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
