JOB SUMMARY
Under joint supervision of Home Office Sales Operations Manager and the Field Agency Sales Office Manager, completes tasks to assist in operating the field office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assemble materials for weekly field office meeting to ensure preparation for meeting is complete by photocopying materials, and printing reports.
Performs support services to assist Manager by organizing office, ensuring the space is neat and tidy, addressing and sending thank you / birthday cards; and greeting people.
providing them access information to SOAR to get training done; and following up on status of new representative.
Assist Office Manager in mailings to ensure client / agent has all pertinent information by creating content, receiving names and addresses of potential client / agent;
assembling information; addressing / labeling and mailing.
sending mail to Home Office; and forwarding mail to Agents that are terminated.
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education
High school education required with two years similar office clerical experience preferred.
