Job Summary
Columbus State University is seeking a Program Manager for its Center of Continuing and Professional Education (CPE). The CPE Program Manager is responsible for managing and supervising the programming, marketing, and operational processes of programs, and reports to the Assistant Director of Continuing & Professional Education. This role is a contributing member of the CPE leadership team, maintains an active role in the community, and fosters positive, mission-driven partnerships, with a focus on CPE youth programs.

Working closely with CPE leadership, the CPE Program Manager will collaborate with internal and external partners to produce quality educational experiences. The CPE Program Manager is tasked with planning, organizing, directing and implementing services and programs for youth and adults. This position oversees programmatic operations such as strategy, staffing, reporting, budget monitoring, process improvement, procurement, inventory management, and regulatory compliance for assigned CPE programs, with a focus on youth programming. This position frequently deals with issues of a highly complex nature and must exhibit discretion, effective judgement, and accountability. The successful candidate will prioritize safety and possess a demonstrated ability to write, develop, interpret, and adhere to written policies and procedures. This position occasionally requires flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field and 5 - 10 years of management experience, or the equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
Proposed Salary
The salary range for this position is $48,503 - $53,441.
