    Position Summary:

    EducationDynamics is seeking a part-time, as needed, highly skilled and experienced Higher Education CRM Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM platforms such as Slate, Salesforce, Hubspot, and other related platforms. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for CRM integration, optimization, data migration, student journey content development, data attribution, and CRM staff training.

    As a consultant, you will work on various projects in the areas of enrollment management, marketing, technology optimization, and overall strategy support. This role requires a deep understanding of the higher education landscape, as well as expertise in the aforementioned areas.


    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific CRM needs and requirements.
    • Perform CRM integration tasks, ensuring seamless data flow between different platforms.
    • Optimize CRM systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of student recruitment, retention, and engagement processes.
    • Conduct data migrations, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of information to the new CRM platform.
    • Develop and enhance student journey content, including personalized communications and engagement strategies.
    • Implement data attribution models to track and analyze the impact of various marketing and recruitment efforts.
    • Provide comprehensive training to CRM staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize the CRM platform.


    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.).
    • Proven experience working with higher education CRM platforms, such as Slate, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
    • Strong technical skills, including data management, CRM integration, and optimization.
    • Knowledge of best practices in CRM implementation and data migration processes.
    • Ability to develop engaging and personalized content for student journeys.
    • Experience using data attribution models and analytics tools to optimize digital marketing channels.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and CRM staff.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
    • Ability to train and educate CRM staff effectively.

    Special Requirements Specific to the Job:

    CRM Knowledge: A strong understanding of CRM systems and platforms, particularly those used in higher education settings. This includes knowledge of popular CRM software such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Ellucian CRM. Familiarity with CRM functionalities, data management, and customization options is essential.

    Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in technical skills such as data integration, data migration, system configuration, and customization. Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, or HTML may be required to perform tasks like data manipulation, workflow automation, and customization of CRM interfaces.

    Data Management: Expertise in data management principles and practices, including data cleansing, data mapping, and data validation. Understanding how to maintain data integrity, ensure data security, and comply with data privacy regulations is crucial.

    Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data and derive insights from CRM systems.
