This position will have primary responsibility for coordinating and maintaining external facing presentations and reports, comprehensive programmatic progress reporting of each grant strategy and domain, implementation plan management, and progress outcomes monitoring for all grant funded projects.
The position will also assist with the full range of administrative support functions of the unit and grant team (including drafting / maintaining Standard Operating Procedures), progress check-ins with grant team leadership and federal partners, maintenance of current, on-demand, grant-related information to unit leadership as needed / requested, supporting the application for subsequent year funding and new grant awards, and other related administrative and planning duties as assigned.
Qualifications : Prior project management or program reporting experience is preferred, but not required
