- Senior Leadership Team member and will be responsible for a broad range of Administrative, Data Collection and Continuous Quality Improvement efforts.
- Responsible to work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to manage Board of Director compliance with organizational standards including maintaining minutes and other required documentation.
- Support the agency’s quality assurance and quality improvement strategies, including compliance with regulatory entities and best practices.
- Routinely conduct customer satisfaction/feedback activities to support the maximum feasible participation of agency customers served.
- Support risk mitigation efforts including the oversight of the Incident/Accident review committee.
- Manage and track a system for agency contracts, leases, MOUs and deliverables.
- Will often write, review, and proofread documents, correspondence, and grant applications on behalf of the leadership team.
- Support the development, monitoring, and improvement of data tracking efforts to assist with data informed decision making.
Qualifications
- Requires a strong attention to detail, and excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and solution-focused capabilities.
- BS/BA Degree and 3-5 years of experience in a position responsible for compliance, quality improvement, and establishing systems.
- Strong commitment to working in an organization that is helping people and changing lives.
