    COMPENSATION: $72,000 - $74,000 DOE
     
    Position Summary

    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead talent acquisition and manage all HR functions to support our growth in San Diego County. This key role is responsible for following recruitment processes, managing efficient HR administration, and driving the full spectrum of HR operations to foster our continued expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition and human resources, paired with exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills to contribute to the success of our growing team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to efficiently respond to client demands.
    • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and VPs to address recruitment needs and develop effective staffing strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with CSG company policies, employment laws, and safety protocols to maintain a positive and legal work environment.
    • Oversee HR processes, including processing new hire paperwork, completing I-9 verifications, PAFs, and other essential administrative tasks.
    • Address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly, escalating to the appropriate department when needed.
    • Lead orientations and provide training on company policies, timekeeping, safety procedures, and compliance standards.
    • Distribute and track uniforms, provide training on timekeeping apps, and manage team member photos for ID badges.
    • Oversee the HR administrative functions of San Diego County including managing office supplies, uniforms, and equipment inventories.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments to support Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR operations.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on office activities, staffing levels, and other relevant metrics.
    • Coordinate facility maintenance requests and liaise with vendors for office-related services.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for all administrative, TA, and HR activities in San Diego County.
    • Actively participate in key meetings such as Talent Acquisition, HR, Safety Council, Business Development Council, and more.
    • Foster strong communication channels with Management, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Safety, and Marketing departments to address concerns and share updates.
    • Provide guidance to new staff on hotel policies, grooming standards, safety protocols, and timekeeping procedures.
    • Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, morale, and retention.
    • Lead by example, mentoring team members and promoting a culture of professionalism, excellence, and alignment with CSG’s mission and core values.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of combined experience in hospitality, Talent Acquisition and HR.
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proficient in using ATS platforms like Workwave.
    • Knowledge of labor laws, and HR best practices.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Office 365 Suite.
    • Bilingual in Spanish required.
