Overview: Summer Springs Board and Care LLC, operating four facilities in Bakersfield, CA, seeks an experienced RCFE Administrator & Marketing Coordinator to oversee our residential care facilities. With a capacity of six residents per facility, we maintain the highest standards of care and compliance with State and Federal regulations while actively engaging in marketing efforts to reach prospective residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across four facilities, ensuring quality care for residents.
• Conduct marketing activities to attract new residents and maintain facility occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations governing residential care facilities.
• Provide hands-on care when necessary and manage grocery purchases for all facilities.
• Supervise staffing, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Conduct staff training to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Address resident and family concerns promptly and compassionately.
• Maintain accurate records related to resident care and facility operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing an RCFE or similar healthcare facility.
• Familiarity with State and Federal regulations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively
• Manage marketing efforts.

Pay: $41,032.45 - $49,415.43 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed
