Multimedia Specialist
Duties:
- Create, manage, and maintain company websites, landing pages, and social media
- Conduct quality assurance interviews with clients
- Take/post photos of homes that the company has worked on and upload them to our social media and company website
- Review and respond to online reviews
- Direct online complaints
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong knowledge of videography, photography, and editing
- Proven track record of website development and management
- Excellent attention to detail in proofreading and grammar correction
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills:
- Phone etiquette: Ability to handle phone calls professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Webmaster: Experience in designing, creating, improving, and managing websites. Review SEO (search engine optimization) to enhance website visibility.
- Social media: Knowledge of social media algorithms
- Photography: Able to produce quality photographs for company website and social media
- Advertising: Proven success in digital advertising; creating, marketing, project management
