We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, computers, payroll, leadership, and operations management.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll
- AR and AP
- System Balancing - PMS System
- Deposits - Cash Handling
- Commission reviews
- Purchasing
- Inventories
- Adjustment Oversight
- New Hire Paperwork
- Credit Card Chargebacks
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively
- Proficiency in administrative tasks
