Controller

Salary: $110,000-$150,000

Location: Broken Arrow, OK.

Requirements:

• BS in Accounting.
• Must have experience in construction accounting.
• Experience with cash management and risk assessment
• ERP software experience - prefer Acumatica experience.
• Supervisory experience

This person should have an in-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), risk management and supervising subordinates and compliance with federal regulations, maximize profits, and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Document, monitor and update accounting policies
• Accounts payables and sub-contractor payments
• Payroll of 300 to 400 employees
• Billings and accounts receivables
• Banking ACH, positive pay, reconciliation, etc.
• Prepare monthly annual financial for three companies and prepare ad-hoc reports

when requested.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
• Perform internal audits and assist with external audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax and payroll regulations
• Manage/supervise a staff of five subordinates

Skills

• Work experience as a Controller or similar role
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and legislation
• Hands-on experience with general ledger, payroll, account payables and account

receivables.

• Strong computer skills
• Attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
