Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality support to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of office operations
• Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and greet visitors
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, binding, scanning, typing, and copying
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills through various channels, including phone, email, mail, and text, employing a polite and professional approach to ensure effective and respectful interactions.
• Adept at providing accurate and timely information by effectively addressing questions and fulfilling requests
• Maintain office inventory and re-order supplies as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
