Cooperative Program Coordinator coordinates cooperative education programs for the university/college. Represents the university/college for off-campus visits to various organizations to solicit cooperative jobs and/or scholarships. Being a Cooperative Program Coordinator typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Program Coordinator supports those in our care to reach their highest potential by providing them with assistance to achieve their goals and their daily activities. The Program Coordinator oversees the community-based programs providing a person center practice and evidence-based community setting to where individuals we serve can be independent. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for executing the growth action plan, also act as the liaison between the Support Coordinating Organizations and the provider to ensure that all individuals receive the necessary supports and services they require and desire while apart of the agency’s program.
